Schedule Your Free 20-Minute Consultation
with an Experienced Mediator
Here at EVLS, we believe that everyone should have access to a mediator, especially when it comes to family law matters – whether you are required by the court to mediate, or if you are seeking mediation to avoid the time and expense of litigation – we can help you make sure you are on the right track. We proudly offer free one-on-one free consultations so anyone can speak with an experienced mediator. The free consultation is provided 100% obligation free – without any obligation to pay anything, and with no obligation to retain an EVLS mediator. Most consultations are conducted over Zoom or by telephone, but if you prefer to meet in person, just let us know and we can make that happen.
**If you are represented by an attorney, it is best to ask your attorney to contact us directly by email to Info@EVLS.law, or by text or phone to 801-829-1339.
The consultation will help you to understand the mediation process, the extent to which the law may or may not require you to mediate, and other general questions. It is essential for mediators to remain neutral and impartial – therefore the substantive issues to be mediated cannot be discussed in much detail without BOTH PARTIES to the potential mediation being present for the consultation. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that both parties participate directly in the consultation.
Our goal is to provide you with an opportunity to get to know the mediator, and to determine whether all parties and the mediator can work together to resolve the issues at hand.
Use the calendar below to choose a time that best suits your needs and your schedule. If there is not a time slot available that matches your availability, or if you need to speak with a mediator sooner than the earliest available time shown on the calendar, please complete and submit the form at the bottom of this page and we will reach out to you as soon as we can, which is typically within one business day.
